• Event : - Debate Competition

    In 1984, the Government of India declared and decided to observe the birthday of Swami Vivekanand as National Youth Day every year from 1985 onwards. To quote from the Government of India’s communication, it was felt that the philosophy of swamiji and the ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for the Indian youth. IAMR Group of Institutions celebrated National Youth Day on 12th January 2016 by having a debate on “YOUTH IN CONFLICT WITH LAW FOR GLOBAL PEACE AND SECURITY CENSORSHIP OF THE INTERNET DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD.” Huge number of students from all the departments actively participated in this competition, shared their views and opinions. Mrs. Anshu Bansal - Jt. Secretary IAMR Group of Institutions, Dr. Shagun Agrawal, Prof. Manish Kumar, judged the competition. Ms. Kanishka from Life Science department was awarded the first position. Mr. Vidhaan from Law department was awarded the second position and Ms. Nikita from Life Science department was awarded the third position.

  • Event : - Sports Day

    IAMR Group of Institutions organized an Interdepartmental Sports meet on 23rd and 24th October 2015. Many indoor as well as outdoor events were conducted which involved individual and group participation. Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis, Race, Volley-Ball, Kho -Kho, Kabaddi are the few examples of various events conducted. Huge number of participants from the various departments actively participated and made the event a grand success. Students participated enthusiastically and showed a true sportsmanship spirit and were happy. Finally the event concluded on 24th October 2015 and all the winners were awarded with their respective trophies, medals and certificates.

  • Event : - Guest Lecture on Software Testing

    A Guest Lecture on the topic “Software Testing” on 17th October 2015, taken by an eminent personality Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey, Project Lead, Software Testing at United Health Group (US based MNC, 17th Rank in Fortune list). Being in technology domain we always strive hard to be in sync with highly volatile technological world. As a guest speaker, Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey unveiled the importance & utility of Software Testing in context of today’s dynamic world. Shared various myths related to Software testing as a career. The lecture was organized by BCA/BBA department for BCA Final & 2nd year students with objective of making the students aware of opportunities available in the Software Testing .and how to train themselves in accordance with the industry requirements. Our eminent guest also shared the relevant career development oppourtanies flourishing in the present IT sector. He guided the students on how they should prepare themselves for the current IT scenario.

  • Event : - Essay Writing

    During past two decades, there has been a global surge in reduction of corruption and policies to curb corruption in developing economies. It is believed that effective competition and independent regulation together contribute to curbing corruption and contribute economic growth and welfare, while creating an environment that favours change, innovation and improvement. Keeping this idea in mind IAMR Group of Institutions conducted Essay writing competition for their undergraduate students precisely BBA students. A large number of students have framed their view on corruption in beautiful words. Activity was conducted on 28 September 2015, more than 100 students participated in the event. Essay which were written by student were framing realistic part of it and they have also suggested some practical solutions to curb them. Mr. Sohail’s Essay was adjudged the best essay and I Runner Up was given to Mr. Ashish Bhatt and and II Runner Up was given to Ms Poonam Garg. Students were given appreciation letter for their essays.


    Marketing managers must understand the importance of segmenting a market and the specific criteria for successful segmentation. Before the 1960's, most companies tried to market products to the masses with declining success. It is important to identify key target markets. Keeping this view in mind IAMR GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS organized marketing seminar for BBAIII Sem. students on the topic “Market Segmentation”. In the seminar students have been given information about bases of market segmentation. Students participate in the event with enthusiasm.

  • Event : - Workshop on JAVA

    A workshop on java was conducted for BCA - V students on 10th October 2015 by Prof. Neha Srivastava. The title for the workshop was "Network Programming through JAVA..." Twenty Three students attended the workshop.It was a three hour workshop which started at 10.00 am and concluded at 1.00 pm. The idea was to give students a fair understanding of how client-server applications are developed in java. Many programming examples were demonstrated to students to clear their idea of TCP based Programming. Students were also asked to develop a chatting application which they did and were really happy and excited about it. The basic objective of the workshop was to develop students interest in the subject and increase their understanding about it, which was also achieved upto some extent.


    Good presentation skills require organisation and confidence. If these two essential items are not ticked off, then it’s time you looked at developing presentation skills. This type of personal development work will really assist you to develop first more confidence, which is the key. Then, by you getting organised, well presented and ultimately building self-esteem, those dream jobs will appear and your ambitions will be realised! Keeping this thought in mind a seminar was organised for BBA Final year students. More than 50 students participated in the seminar and many myths related to presentation techniques were cleared by Prof Manish Kumar, seminar basically dealt with designing of slide to the content development on the sites, it was also discussed how much colour is important in presentation slides. Students showed their interest in the session.

  • Event : - Fresher’s Fiesta 2015

    The senior BBA/BCA batch organised a fresher’s party on the 3rd of October, 2015. The party was inaugurated by Sh. R.K Gupta, Chairman of IAMR Group, in the presence of Jt. Secretary Ms. Anshu Bansal and Director Dr. R.K Mittal.The Moto behind the event was that every “fresher” of institute feels like an integral part of the IAMR family.It was an fun filled afternoon, where the fresher's got an opportunity to showcase their hidden talents and also got a chance to interact with their seniors. Students conducted the fashion show and the winners of the fashion show were awarded Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher by the Ho'ble Jt. Secretary of IAMR Group of Institutions Ms. Anshu Bansal. Poonam Garg and Ashish Bhatt and won the title. The new first year students performed group dances and group songs. The event was followed by DJ party and lunch for the students and faculties.

  • Event : - International Day of Older Persons

    IAMR celebrated "International Day of Older Persons" on 1st October 2015. Students of BBA/BCA participated in this social cause. Students were given the task of taking interviews of senior citizens on the roadside areas, tea and food stalls and they also clicked selfies with them.

    IAMR Group worshipped Goddess Saraswati on the pious day of Basant Panchmi where our Secretary Sh. Sanjay Bansal and Joint Secretary Ms. Anshu Bansal did the Hawan rituals along with the faculty and staff members.

  • Event : Children’s Day Celebration

    Students of BBA/BCA have celebrated Pt. Jawhar Lal Nehru Birthday where they organized food stalls of different states. They gave us the chance to been through different cultures with the flavor of food.

  • Event :Inter Department Sports Meet

    IAMR Group organized the Sports Meet between their all the departments. Event was inaugurated by our Ho’nble Chairman Sh. R.K Gupta. Students took part in various sports events like Race, Badminton, Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho, Volleyball etc. Gaurav Sharma, Raghav Sharma, Ankur Goswami, Manish, Pooja, Shikha were the first prize winners.

  • Event: IAMR Group Celebrated Diwali

    IAMR celebrated Diwali with the faculty and staff members, Honorable Chairman Sh. R.K Gupta, Secretary Sh. Sanjay Bansal, and Joint Secretary Ms Anshu Bansal gave their blessings and gifts to all. Faculties sung the songs, played the games and enjoyed the festive environment.

  • Event: Diwali Mela organized by the students

    Diwali function was inaugurated by our Secretary Sh. Sanjay Bansal and IAMR took the initiative of inviting physically challenged children’s in the campus and gave them the chance to enjoy the festive season to the most. Students organized the stalls of different items where they sold things made out of waste material, t-shirt painted by them. .

  • Event :Promoted the Message of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan

    Students did the Rally campaign from IAMR Campus to the Raj Nagar Extension spreading the message of “IAMR KA NAARA SWACCH BHARAT HAMARA”. Students have cleaned the roads and Faculties has also actively participated in this campaign.

  • Murti Sthapna at IAMR Campus

    Students of BBA/BCA have kept Goodess Durga for the three days to have the immense feeling of Navratri. Our Joint Secretary Ms. Anshu Bansal along with the students of BBA/BCA did the Aarti on three consecutive days.

    Students of IAMR organized Teachers Day celebration for their Faculties where the faculties played different kinds of games, enjoyed the music, and lunch arrangement.
