School E-Cell Seminar on “Importance of Entrepreneurial Culture in the Young Minds” was organised on 6th February, 2016 at IAMR Campus. The School E- Cell was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr. Raj Singh Yadav, District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad. He emphasized on developing appropriate curriculum and adopting latest techniques in education. Dr. J. L. Raina and Mr. Raj Kumar Singh delivered their Key note speeches on promoting entrepreneurship and highlighting its importance for youth in India. Mr. Sanjay Bansal , Secretary of IAMR Group of Institutions enlighten the gathering about IAMR’s initiative and objective of developing school E-Cell. He assured that in this direction various activities will be conducted under IAMR CSR initiative with co-partnership of various schools in Delhi-NCR. This seminar was attended by more than 100 principals of various schools in Delhi-NCR. They discussed about many issues, aspects and challenges related to developing an entrepreneurial environment for future generation of the students.
On the occasion of LOHRI January 13 2016 IAMR College Duhai organized a colorful and to be remembered event was inaugurated by the Secretary Sir Shri. SANJAY BANSAL and Joint Secretary MRS.ANSHU BANSAL lit the holy fire and everyone moved around and took blessings by giving popcorn and peanuts in the holy fire and then distributed amongst themselves. Student’s performance on DHOL doing GIDDA and BHANGRA became the centre of attraction to one and all. The aim of celebrating this festival was to teach and remind the auspiciousness and spirituality of our traditions and culture to the students of the new generation and their interaction with their elders. The enthusiastic participation of students and their interest in spiritual activities increase the attraction of the event. In the end the faculty members and students distributed popcorn and some other belongings to the needy children with this everyone wished each other with blessings and prosperity for their future.
Pragati-Celebrating Achievements of Women – Gender Diversity: from token to real
One day “Pragati- Celebrating Achievements of Women-Gender Diversity: From token to real” was organized by AIMA on 30th March, 2015 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi in order to celebrating achievements of women. It was AIMA’s third national meet. The event was inaugurated by Ms Khushboo Sundsr, Actor, Producer & Politician and welcome address was given by Ms Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA. Ms. Veena Swarup, Chairperson, Director –HR, EIL gave keynote address. Ms Seema Singh, ED, Bhartiya Mahila Bank shared her views. Eminent speakers like Mr P. Dwarkanath, Advisor, Group Human Capital, Max India Ltd, Mr Ashwini Singla, MD & Chief Executive, Penn Schoen Berland South Asia Pvt. Ltd,, Ms Sonia Srivastava, Head- CSR, South Asia, Intel, Ms Vani Gupta, Marketing Director, Pepsico India had presented their opinions on the topic. The session was fruitful and knowledgeable.
Faculties and Students from PGDM, MBA, BBA and Engineering participated in the event. The participation provided great exposure to faculties and students. Specifically, students got familiar with corporate culture and understood the rights of their own.. Students also echoed such kind of event in the future.
